AVAILABLE POSITION: TRAINING MANAGER
REPORTING TO: HEAD OF RETAIL & BRANCH DISTRIBUTION
Design and implement training initiatives covering new and existing Financial Advisors and Field Managers.
Identify skills gaps through assessments and develop targeted training
Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and multimedia aids.
Facilitate effective training sessions, accommodating diverse learning styles and ensuring active participant engagement of Financial Advisors and Field Managers.
Assess training program effectiveness, analyze feedback, and enhance quality continuously
Ensure training programs meet regulations and industry standards
Work with managers to identify team-specific training needs, tailoring programs accordingly.
Provide guidance to trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Constantly review the company’s training manual and materials to ensure they are up to date and meet the current needs.
Ensure prompt licensing and renewals for all intermediaries engaged with the company.
Assist the sales team penetrate desired markets through class and field trainings
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY COMPETENCIES:
University degree in a relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience in training in a financial sector and preferably insurance firm.
In-depth understanding of the insurance industry with a bias to retail life. Experience in retail life insurance sales is an added advantage
Good understanding of the market trends and needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Flexible to travel and train quite often across all our branches
